Hello! I received a KA Professional Series 600 Standmixer for Christmas. When adjusting the bowl height, the screw won't go fully 180* flat. This is only an issue since the bowl is still to low and doesn't pass the dime test. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what did you do to resolve it? Same issue with the 700..
