They won't usually spawn until you are higher clan tier and level. Don't expect to find them early game. The Volge is even rarer and more expensive but it is worth the effort. I guess a lot of people tend to ignore and dismiss the Southern and Eastern territories in favor of a more "European" feel - but each culture has weapons that are contenders for "Best in X category" and it shouldn't be a surprise that the cavalry faction has the best cavalry weapon.Because both are generally infantry weapons, not designed for cavalry charges which a lance specifically is.
