Snake Bay: Tucked away near the east shore, this bay harbors healthy stocks of pike and walleye, particularly in deeper waters. Take Highway 281 north from Devils Lake and turn onto 33rd Street NW. Not great, but there are still Walleyes and Perch deep. A lot of the Perch are on the smaller side, but we managed quite a few 9-10 inchers with a few 11-12’s mixed in. The only problem with fishing in deeper than 33 feet of water, they are probably all dead.
