Doing some searching and I found I can go into my mobile data settings and manually select a network. The choices are US Cellular - AT&T and T-Mobile. Before changing, I was on US Cellular and did a speed test and got 3 or 4 mbs download. I turned off the "select automatically" and chose AT&T and the phone went from LTE to LTE+ and the speed ....
