Also, if yo...Apr 25, 2024 · Seems like the Juno/Jupiter area has been producing a few more fish on the afternoon bite. From the beach it's the usual baits (Sandfleas, clams, fresh shrimp, and FishBites) producing the most bites. On the Juno Beach Pier the same baits will catch the pomps; with Doc's Goofy Jigs and Crappie jigs tipped with shrimp also catching a good numbers. Pompano reports were fair along the beach, with a decent scattering of pomps from south of the Juno Beach Pier up to Jupiter Inlet. It wasn't huge numbers for anybody; but 2-3 fish with a few limits seemed to be the norm. Sandfleas and Fishbites continue to be top bait choices for the pomps.
