Shooting down invading UFOs and fighting a war like that is a theme, and not a story, and as such can be done over and over again.If you have any countries on full red bars (who would leave), place your satellite on them and reduce the panic by 3-4 bars, you don't get the monthly bonus from the satellite being up, but you don't lose a country.
