College Questions Hiii I applied regular decision to University of Michigan and for some reason I was asked to write a LOCI a few weeks ago. I'm wondering if they sent this to everyone or if I'm like "special" lol (I'm sure that isn't the case). I'm definitely doing it but just curious!.
