The lever you're referring to is probably the draft/position control lever. I'd suggest getting the original style owners manual as a beginner, then the service manual. I am using draft control and am able to lower the plow down, but not enough to plow more than 2-3 inches deep at most.Where the cable hooks to the rock shaft there are is an about 1/4" diameter stainless shaft that the cable pushes about 3 inches into a stainless tube. It appears to have a full range of motion. The shafts just don't move until about the last 1/4" or 1/2" of the cable movement. Leave load fully raised in 'UP' position then shut down tractor and leave it up. Observe if the load drops and how fast it takes. The tray table and the IFE monitor are in the armrest making the armrests immSounds like the control valve is out of adjustment and probably sticking. There are two adjustment to make, one with the lever down in draft control position and another with the lever up in position control.
